Banki Trap! updated to 1.3a

Banki Trap has been updated to 1.3a to fix some outstanding issues that should have been fixed last patch, such as the keyboard/gamepad controls. It also gives benefits to players for attacking Shrine Maidens by reducing damage caused to Sekibanki, and more.

Next update should actually add important information to the UI to make it all the more clear how Shrine Maidens function: because of that, the external manual has been delayed for now.
